Rural Education Advancement Program was created to provide educational support and training for peop REAP WAS THE INSPIRATION OF EDUCATORS AND PARENTS WHO SAW THE NEED FOR STEM EDUCATION IN RURAL COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT NEW MEXICO. THEY ALSO SAW THE NEED TO ENCOURAGE UNDER REPRESENTED STUDENT POPULATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN STEM PROGRAMS. THEIR GOAL WAS TO INSTILL A DESIRE TO PURSUE A STEM RELATED COLLEGE FIELD OF STUDY AND ULTIMATELY A STEM CAREER.

RURAL EDUCATION ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM Home Science Fair More RURAL EDUCATION ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM Building the STEM Leaders of Tomorrow Rural Education Advancement Program REAP is anonprofit 501c3. REAP was established to bring STEM programs to K12 students in rural locations who may not otherwise have access to STEM education. Further REAP seeks to increase the number of under represented populations in STEM related college fields and in turn inSTEM related careers. Finally building leadership is an integral piece of student success in STEM.
