The Ukraine Partnership Foundation (UPF) exists to help raise up dynamic Christian leaders in Ukraine, primarily by supporting the mission and work of the Ukrainian Baptist Theological Seminary (UBTS), its Institute of Leadership and Coaching, and its ministry of 18 WeCare Centers in cities across Ukraine - all under the leadership of Yaroslav (Slavik) Pyzh, Ph.D. UBTS primary mission is to train and develop Ukrainian church leaders for the many roles required to maintain a healthy and viable church and to train lay leaders who serve their communities beyond the church walls. WeCare Centers are nonprofit, non-governmental (NGO) platforms where local and international organizations work together to relieve suffering and rebuild vibrant communities.
