As spring blooms around us, we’re celebrating these three women who show up every day with kindness, energy, and a deep commitment to helping our kiddos grow, thrive, and shine. Whether they’re guiding a therapy breakthrough or welcoming a nervous new face at the front desk, they help keep Schreiber strong! For nearly three decades, Megan Campbell-Roland has helped kids take their first steps and then keep going. Her physical therapy sessions are calm and structured specifically to each kiddos personality and needs, creating a space where our kiddos feel safe enough to try, supported enough to keep going, and proud enough to say, “Look what I did!” Thank you Megan for helping our kiddos discover strength they didn’t even know was there. We’re endlessly grateful for your heart and the steady presence you have been bringing to every therapy session for the last 28 years. Alissa Popalis has a gift for connection that she's been providing to Schreiber kids for the last 15 years. Even when a kiddo isn't quite in the mood for occupational therapy, she's got a knack for matching their energy and getting them engaged in growth and progress without even realizing it. Her sessions are creatively exactly what each child needs; whether she’s helping with fine motor skills or big sensory challenges, Thank you Alissa for bringing your flexibility and fun to every minute of therapy. We are so proud to have you on our team turning everyday challenges into extraordinary victories. Lisa Moore is the first smile families see when they walk in, and often the first person kids run to when they arrive. She knows their names, their favorite characters, and who just lost a tooth or had a birthday. Her superpower? Making every child feel noticed, important, and welcome before they even step into therapy. Thank you Lisa for always taking care to set the right tone for each kiddos visit and making Schreiber feel like a second home to our families and kiddos.
