We create a safe and diverse learning environment for youth through the principles of agriculture. ON-THE-RISE CATERS TO THE UNDERPRIVILEGED AND AT-RISK CHILDREN IN SPRINGFIELD AND SURROUNDING AREAS. WE SERVE AT-RISK YOUTH IN CLARK COUNTY WHO HAVE DISPLAYED DEFICIENCIES IN LIFE AND SOCIAL SKILLS, AND THOSE WHO HAVE ACADEMIC DIFFICULTIES, AND BEHAVIORAL ISSUES.
