Compton Hill Reservoir Square Residents Association In 1974 the forwardthinking residents of Compton Hill Reservoir Square wanted to foster pride in the community work together as a formally recognized group for a stronger voice partner and exchange information with other official Neighborhood Associations and accomplish these objectives without political affiliation. The association has been meeting monthly for 46 years with many successes. Become a CHRSRA Member Your membership supports neighborhood improvement activities and allows you to vote on neighborhood actions. Annual Memberships run from January through December and are due January 1 but will be accepted at any time.
