Welcome to The Concourse ALRIC POTTBERG DEEDS LAND IN 1973 The Concourse Council Inc. is a nonprofit organization who seeks to partner with compatible organizations for the development of activities and programs which will enhance The Concourse Pasco and surrounding counties. The Concourse property was donated by land baron and philanthropist Alric Pottberg and features over 200 acres of wetlands uplands and wooded areas.
