𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐚𝐭 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐲 - 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬! 𝑆𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑑𝑎𝑦, 𝐴𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑙 12, 10-11 𝐴𝑀 You are invited to join us in person for an hour of yoga to ground and find rest. The intention of this class is to provide tools to support the body and mind. We will move, breathe, and find stillness. Eleanor Ware will teach this class. It will be accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level. All are welcome! Bring a yoga mat and a towel if you would like some cushion for your knees. This is a donation class where you pay what you can, if you can. If you feel so called, you are invited to make a donation with 100% of proceeds going to The Growth and Healing Hub. About the instructor: Eleanor is a parishioner of Epiphany and has been a yoga practitioner since 2001.
