HOME DELIVERY Home delivered meals are available to Sacramento County seniors aged 60 or better who are homebound COMMUNITY CAFES Are you aged 60 or better and enjoy getting out of the house for lunch and friendship. If so check out one of our community cafes RESTAURANT PROGRAM Provide participants with another option for healthy nutritious and delicious meals and socialization opportunities ANIMEALS PROGRAM Helps ensure that seniors and their pets dont go hungry by providing pet food along with homedelivered meals. Dine Out Community Cafes serve hot noontime meals to seniors 15 days a week.
