Every contirbution goes toward funding a variety of educational opportunities such as ACS Conference scholarships webinars and more. The American Cheese Education ACE Foundation is the official 501c3 nonprofittax deductible fundraising arm of the American Cheese Society ACS to raise funds to create access to education in the cheese industry. I had the best time at the conference and hope I will be able to attend in the future.
