THE ORGANIZATION MAY MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATION UNDER THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, IRC SECTION 501(C)(3)(1992), AND SHALL PROMOTE THE HOUSTON LIVESTOCK SHOW AND RODEO.
