Calhoun County Housing Services Home of the Housing Assessment Resource Agency HARA of Calhoun County CCHS programming is dedicated to directing clients down the right path to stable housing through funding provided by MSHDA and The City of Battle Creek. Housing Development and Rehabilitation Since 1981 NIBC has managed a variety of housing development and rehabilitation programs. NIBC is active in improving property value through home improvement grants and loans while acting as the loan servicer for mortgage clients. Rental Property Management NIBC owns over 50 rental properties.
