TO PROVIDE A NEUTRAL, CHILD-FRIENDLY CENTER TO INVESTIGATE REPORTS OF CRIME AGAINST CHILDREN, WHILE KEEPING THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF THE CHILD THE FIRST PRIORITY.
