Educating and raising awareness of gynecologic cancer and supporting those diagnosed. www.belowthebelt.org Our mission is to address gynecologic cancer on all fronts. 1) Education – Educating the public and healthcare professionals about the symptoms and risk factors for gynecologic cancers to ensure earlier detection and better patient outcomes. 2) Advocacy - working with policymakers at the local, state, and national levels to ensure the needs of women with gynecologic cancer are met. 3) Support - creating and promoting resources for support, networking, and education for all women diagnosed with gynecologic cancer and their families.
