Center for Transformative Change (CXC) is a non-profit thatis dedicated to naming, framing, advancing and promotingTransformative Social Change: work at the intersection ofpersonal inner awareness, organizational effectiveness andbroad-based social change. We are the first and onlynational center entirely dedicated to bridging the innerand outer lives of social change agents, activists andallies to create a more effective, more sustainable socialjustice movement. By directly impacting the culture ofmovements for social justice, we are "changing the WAYchange is done."As a "transformative practice organization" we are aunique hybrid of residentially-based "Core" members whoLive, Work and Practice together. As the organizationalCore, we are committed to role-modeling and articulatingthe process of deep change. We operate under an abidingprinciple that it is possible for a small team of creative,grounded individuals, working collaboratively, at the centerof and within the larger field of Transformative Social Change,to effectively change the world.
