About Our Foundation Awareness Fund Raising Support Education Our Mission The WLSFA brings hope to those afflicted with the disease of obesity through raising funds to provide weight loss surgeries for those who are in need changing lives from barely surviving to thriving. 2021 Grant Recipients I live for the outdoors hiking hunting fishing and just being in the country. Luckily my family loves the outdoors as well and enjoys hiking camping and all three of my daughters go hunting with me.
