Home - Connecting to Care Home Connecting to Care CtoC is a nonprofit TeleHealth Service Center located in Redding California whose mission is to fill gaps in health care services. The CtoC mission focuses on improving the lives of individuals with mental health issues special needs and physical barriers to health resources. Our mission includes promoting the health and wellbeing of individuals regardless of their economic status collaborating with community partners providing comprehensive integrated TeleHealth programs and resources utilizing innovative technologies creating access to services connecting underserved populations to care MEETING YOUR NEEDS DURING COVID19 There is no higher priority to our entire Connecting to Care family than the health and safety of our clients and employees. As a result we are extending the option to access your Telepsychiatry and Assistive Technology services in person or by video.
