Ruth Newman Shapiro Cancer Memorial Fund
The Organization performs fundraising to benefit those suffering with cancer and heart disease. Originally, due to the lack of significant medical services in Southern NJ the Organization raised and donated funds to local area hospitals. Hospitals are more sophisticated now, and while continuing to support them, the Organization now wants to expand its outreach to individuals suffering with cancer and heart disease and to medical research to benefit these illnesses.

About BECAUSE WE CARE OVER 55 YEARS OF COMMUNITY GIVING RNS is proud to be known as an all volunteer humanitarian based notforprofit organization. More than 17 million dollars has been raised and given back to the community since it was established in 1961 by Rose Newman.
