Built in 1893 by the Masonic Lodge. The historic Opera House hosts live music and social events. To restore the property of a historical nature so that it may be preserved and used in the interest of advancing charitable, educational, literary, scientific, or benevolent developments.

The third floor was used for their lodge. The first and second floors were used for entertainment. In 1965 the year of What Cheer39s 100 year centennial the building was set to be demolished so a committee purchased the building from the contractor for 500 to stop the demolition.
