Chane Bailliage de San Diego Our San Diego Bailliage is quite active with close to 90 members plus a full schedule of dinners and Mondiale events throughout the year. Our Bailli President works closely with the local sommeliers chefs and chapter officers to determine the time date location and menu for our events. The San Diego Chapter has been active hosting events and supporting young chefs enologists and the culinary community for more than 30 Years this includes providing scholarships to many if these young and inspired culinarians within the community.
