Echoes of Hope

Echoes of Hope is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 by Stacia and Luc Robitaille, a former professional ice hockey player. The organization is dedicated to supporting children, youth, and young adults in need, particularly at-risk and emancipated foster youth, by providing resources, love, and support to help them reach their full potential.

Mission and Values

Echoes of Hope strives to awaken the spirit of hope in those they serve, believing in the ultimate worth and dignity of each individual. Their vision includes sharing unconditional love and developing life-changing relationships. They value presenting opportunities to those who otherwise might not have them and pursue excellence in their leadership and service. The organization emphasizes the importance of family and community, creating a supportive environment for its beneficiaries.

Programs and Impact

Since its establishment, Echoes of Hope has supported nearly 50,000 children, teens, and youth across the United States. As of 2024, they have helped over 10,000 individuals annually. One of their notable programs, Leaders of Tomorrow, has seen significant success, with a high stay-in and graduation rate among its participants. Notably, 30% of these youth have gone on to obtain Master's degrees, and 4% have earned PhDs.

Response to Community Needs

In addition to its ongoing programs, Echoes of Hope responds to immediate community needs, such as supporting families affected by natural disasters like fires. They provide emergency relief efforts, including essential supplies and temporary shelter, while also supporting families through long-term recovery.

Leadership

Stacia Robitaille serves as the Chairwoman of the Board, alongside Luc Robitaille as Co-Founder and CFO. The Board of Directors includes several notable figures from various professional backgrounds, contributing their expertise to the organization's mission.
