Chelmsford Parade Chelmsford Parade Chelmsfords Own 4th of July Parade 2024 Thank you to all of our participants spectators and volunteers who came out on July 4th. The rain stayed away as is tradition so we could have a dry parade. We are working to reschedule the concert on the common that got rained out on the 2nd so stay tuned Chairs on the Parade Route Town Common Please do not place chairs along the parade route or Town Common prior to Noon on July 1st to allow clear access for the DPW to make preparations for our July 4th events. Please be sure that chairs are not blocking the sidewalks in consideration of ADA accessibility.
