Our Mission Statement is, "To support and promote the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities, by providing advocacy services in their home environment." Our nurses visit with individuals and their families in their homes anywhere in Pennsylvania. They help them navigate through the often-complicated human service and healthcare systems. We help them access the services and resources they need to improve their health and live as independently as possilbe.

PA Elks Home Service Program 60 Years of Caring Sharing HOPE INDEPENDENCE FOR TOMORROW Since 1963 the PA Elks Home Service Program has been helping to improve the quality of life for thousands of children and adults throughout Pennsylvania. We provide support and advocacy services to individuals of any age who have a developmental disability. Services are provided by a Nurse andor Service Coordinator Speciallytrained nurses help determine the needs of the individuals and their family. They will help them navigate the oftencomplicated human service and healthcare systems.
