Mission Statement - Naples Cat Alliance is a volunteer-based non-profit organization dedicated to creating a No-Kill Community through our Volunteer Trap-Neuter-Return Program (TNR) designed to protect public health, reduce shelter euthanasia, increase cat adoptions and improve the health and quality of life of Collier cats and residents."Vision Statement - "To create a Community supported by it's residents, government agencies and laws in which all owned, homeless and feral cats are protected and given the chance at a quality of life through access to affordable medical care, low-cost spay and neuter services, food, shelter and adoption opportunities.
