NORTH HARTFORD PARTNERSHIP SOCIAL IMPACTDEVELOPMENT The North Hartford Partnership is a nonprofit organization working with the community to advance equitable social and economic development in North Hartford. SWIFT FACTORY An 80000 square foot commercial community campus in Hartfords Northeast Neighborhood. North Hartford Partnership operates the Swift Factory a formerly abandoned gold leafing factory and 2 adjacent homes which has been transformed into a hub of employment entrepreneurship community engagement and services. Swift opened its doors in the fall of 2020 after a tenyear community engagement fundraising planning and construction effort.
