SWIFT FACTORY An 80000 square foot commercial community campus in Hartfords Northeast Neighborhood. North Hartford Partnership operates the Swift Factory a formerly abandoned gold leafing factory and 2 adjacent homes which has been transformed into a hub of employment entrepreneurship community engagement and services. Swift opened its doors in the fall of 2020 after a tenyear community engagement fundraising planning and construction effort.
