Mission: eradicate Batten disease. Batten disease is a fatal neurodegenerative disorder that takes away childhood, and then takes away. Beyond Batten Disease Foundation was established to eradicate juvenile Batten disease by raising awareness and funds to accelerate research for a treatment or cure.
