To provide quality, accessible primary health care services to uninsured, underinsured, and the underserved persons in the metro east communities through evidence based practices. SIRWC was founded in 1994 and is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC) also known as a Community Health Center. SIRWC (and all FQHC's) are deemed safety net healthcare providers and provide access to primary health services to families, who otherwise would not have access to health service
