We prioritize the work of artists who are LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and female-identifying, to help ensure their sustained creative and professional well-being. We focus on career sustainability for under-resourced veteran artists as they age in an often youth-focused industry. We help to support artists who are coping with mental health challenges.
