The mission of Operation DREAM is to recruit and engage boys and young men primarily of color who are living in circumstances beyond their control, remove barriers to participation, and give them the support and guidance of mentors who look like they do so that they can become adults who are self-sufficient, with plans and goals for their futures, and who are assets to their communities. Operation DREAM is a unique mentoring organization primarily serving boys and young men of color in Milwaukee in grades K4-12th grade. The goal is to assist them to become self-sufficient adults who are assets to their community.
