Move for Mental Health Move for Mental Health About Us Our History Move for Mental Health was founded in 2017 as a charity bike ride event. The proceeds from each of our events benefitted various mental healthrelated nonprofit organizations with similar missions to our own. Hundreds of individuals attended these charity bike rides and the support that we received was astounding. During the COVID19 pandemic Move for Mental Health volunteers sent out hundreds of handwritten letters to promote togetherness during a difficult time for many.
