As a 501(c)3 corporation, MWI is committed to serving income-eligible clients through MWI's Public Service Initiatives in four primary areas:- MWI's Eviction Mediation Program works to prevent homelessness by providing low-income tenants and landlords with services designed to help them reach efficient and durable agreements through mediation;- Court & Consumer Mediation Program provides quality small claims and consumer mediation services to income eligible pro-se litigants onsite at twelve Massachusetts District and Municipal Court Divisions;- MWI's Womens' Negotiation Program is designed to empower women to become more effective advocates not only for their own needs but also for their children's needs while equipping them to meet other societal challenges;- MWI's Family Mediation Program helps low-income clients including at risk children and their families, never married parents and parents seeking divorce.Since 1994, MWI has provided thousands of individual and corporate clients with the highest level of professional service in the areas of negotiation consulting and training, mediation services, and mediation training and all revenue, after expenses, is used to fufill MWI's Public Service Initiatives listed above.
