Saturday, February 25th, 2017. This year the conference has evolved into a Men’s Expo with all the great health information and screenings. Southern Illinois Wellness is a not-for-profit organization committed to the health and well-being of the residents of southern Illinois. Southern Illinois Wellness is committed to healthy families and healthy communities. It is our belief that the path to wellness exists in all aspects of our physical, spiritual, financial and emotional health. The goal of Southern Illinois Wellness is to promote and support the well-being of all southern Illinois residents. Southern Illinois Wellness, previously Women for Health and Wellness Inc., is best known for our health conferences and events for more than 30 years. Our name may have changed, but our passion to enhance the health and wellness of the residents of Southern Illinois remains the same.
