Our Mission To disrupt generational poverty in Texas by empowering vulnerable teens and adults especially firstgeneration college students lowincome individuals and those involved with the criminal justice system to attain higher education degrees of value secure gainful employment and achieve social mobility. Our Programs Educational Opportunity Centers The Educational Opportunity Center EOC programs are funded by the U. S. Department of Education to provide counseling and application assistance to any qualified participants interested in pursuing higher education with a special focus on underrepresented adults.
