Zion Woods is almost 90% complete! Inside nearly half of the 25 apartments, countertops have been installed, and shower and bath fixtures are in place. Towel bars and window hardware are also up—each small detail bringing us closer to welcoming new residents home. Construction Update: Zion Woods – Now with Feathered Supervisors! 🏗️🦆 We’ve had some unexpected site inspectors at Zion Woods. A pair of geese (with a nest nearby) have been keeping a close watch on our progress—so we made sure they had the proper PPE. 👷‍♂️ Don’t worry—we’re being extra careful to respect their home while we build new homes for future residents. Meanwhile, the ducks seem to have taken on a quality control role. 🧐 But here’s the thing… these geese need names to help us officially welcome them to the crew.
