MCHENRY COUNTY COMMUNITY HOMES OPERATES AN APARTMENT COMPLEX WHICH INCLUDES 44 ONE AND TWO BEDROOM UNITS WITH 42 RESERVED FOR LOW TO VERY LOW INCOME TENANTS AND 21 OF THOSE UNITS ALSO LIMITED TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Expanding Housing Choices in Chicago's Northern Suburbs - HODC Expanding Housing Choices in Chicagos Northern Suburbs HODC provides hope in the form of safe affordable housing to those struggling to make ends meet on a limited income. HODC is a communitybased nonprofit that makes an affordable home a reality for a diverse group of people who are unable to afford housing in their community. Affordable housing provides hope for individuals and families who are at risk of eviction foreclosure and homelessness. Teresa wanted to share how living in an HODC affordable housing apartment has impacted her life.
