The Chicago chapter was founded in 1982. For more than 40 years members have worked to raise funds for culinary scholarships and community programs focused on food beverage and hospitality. Members are among the most accomplished women in their fields ranging from chefs and restaurateurs to journalists and communications professionals authors wine beer and spirits retailers and distributors food service professionals culinary instructors and more.
