HTC provides care packages of children39s items to families across 20 Ohio counties. SENDING OUT SMILES HTC BY THE NUMBERS 2023 7051 CHILDREN SERVED 307025 DIAPERS DISTRIBUTED Since 2001 HTC has maintained a warehouse of donated children39s items to respond quickly to clients39 requests. When a partner identifies a child in need we provide a personalized care package to the agency which in turn is delivered to the child.
