PAHPA’s MISSION The purpose of the organization is to provide artistic and educational entities and individuals assistance in ways and means of achieving their goals. The organization will provide, through an experienced volunteer base, scholarships, performance opportunities, and instruction in the commonly accepted artistic curricula and vocations. In return, the recipients of the organization's support will provide collaborative works to community groups, forums and socially disadvantaged organizations, thus enriching the cultural environment of the entire community.
