The Stamford Animal Shelter Alliance is 501(c)(3) nonprofit public/private partnership established to benefit the Stamford Animal Control & Care Center. The Stamford Animal Shelter Alliance is a public/private partnership set up by the City of Stamford to be the official fundraising organization for the Stamford Animal Control and Care Center (SACCC), Stamford’s municipal animal shelter. Its primary mission is to assist in the planning and fundraising for a new, state-of-the-art facility. All monies raised will augment that which the City of Stamford can contribute for this much-needed capital project.
