we are a volunteer based, non profit, animal rescue group, operating a no kill shelter in Kalamazoo We are dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption of at-risk pets in pound facilities. We rescue from pound facilities everywhere in Michigan — and anywhere else there is a dog or cat in need. See our Notes tab for more information. ANIMAL RESCUE PROJECT SAVES HOMELESS PETS, ONE AT A TIME, AND OFFERS SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE ADOPTION SERVICES TO THOSE SEEKING THE COMPANIONSHIP OF PETS. BY PROVIDING MEDICAL CARE TO HOMELESS PETS, PROVIDING TEMPORARY SHELTER TO THEM, AND EVENTUALLY FINDING THEM ADOPTIVE HOMES, ANIMAL RESCUE PROJECT AIDS IN THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.

Animal Rescue Project

🐾Two Dollar Tuesday🐾 Meet Halo! She came into our care covered in ticks. While all the ticks have been removed, we’re concerned they may have left behind diseases. Halo needs a blood test to check for ehrlichia, lyme, and anaplasma. Unfortunately, this test is more expensive for cats than it is for dogs. We’re asking for your help to fund $150 towards this important test so we can find out what she needs and how to help her heal. (fb)

Animal Rescue Project Receives Grant from the Kalamazoo Community Foundation We are honored to have been awarded a grant from the Kalamazoo Community Foundation for the furtherance of our mission in Kalamazoo County. Specifically support from the foundation has been provided for three deliverables Meet Our Adoptable Pets Become an ARPMember When you become an Animal Rescue Project member youre an official part of our family.
