HOME Anne Loucks Chapter NSDAR Martinez California Members Welcome to Anne Loucks Chapter NSDAR Member Site The Anne Loucks Chapter NSDAR has had a rich history since the chapter was formed November 18 1927 by Emma Kester Wilcox. The chapter was named for a granddaughter of an American Revolutionary War soldier. Anne Loucks was a pioneer settler in Pacheco in 1851 where her husband became a leading merchant. Their daughter Annie was twice regent of the chapter.
