Message from Honorable David A. Groves National President Challenging Times This has been an incredibly tumultuous week and my heart and prayers are with those who were placed on Administrative Leave earlier this week. While the media has reached out requesting interviews I felt it was essential to address the members of Blacks In Government BIG first. Over the past several days I have consulted with our Legal Review and Communications Chairs and CoChairs.
