The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) is the voice of regional, nonprofit health plans. ACHP FOUNDATION SEEKS TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE AND ACTIVELY LEAD THE TRANSFORMATION OF HEALTH CARE SO THAT IT IS SAFE, EFFECTIVE, PATIENT-CENTERED, TIMELY, EFFICIENT AND EQUITABLE. THE FOUNDATION ACCOMPLISHES THIS THROUGH RESEARCH ON HEALTH CARE QUALITY, PRACTICES, AND INNOVATION, AND THE PUBLICATION OF THAT RESEARCH.
