Spring 2025 Impact Update Developing future leaders of Texas through access to education Our Vision To create a community of educated leaders who utilize their talents to strengthen the state of Texas and impact the world. Based in Houston The Terry Foundation is the largest private scholarship provider in the state of Texas. We award full ride last dollar scholarships to Texas high school graduates for attendance at select Texas public universities. The Terry Foundation has impacted over 6000 Scholars and their families since 1987.
