Frank Louise Groff Foundation The Frank and Louise Groff Foundation was created to assist students to become Registered Nurses or Medical Doctors by providing needed financial assistance for them to be able to pursue a career in medicine. This Foundation was established in 1970 under a provision of the Will of the late Louise Darby Groff who as a nurse recognized the great physical moral and spiritual benefits she received from her professional training. Awards will be made at the discretion of the Foundations Board of Trustees without regard to race color religion sex or national origin. However as mandated by the Groff Will scholarships are limited to those students who have graduated from a public high school within Monmouth County New Jersey.
