What a day! We kicked things off yesterday with a warm welcome to our first-time attendees at the Newcomers' Orientation. The energy and excitement was high during the Opening General Session where attendees came together to reimagine college health through a public health lens. The rest of the day was packed with engaging section meetings and more than 35 educational sessions—covering everything from AI in student well-being, mental health innovation, sexual wellness, harm reduction, and the latest in clinical practice. 💡 We ended the day celebrating excellence at the ACHA Awards and Fellows Ceremony and connected with old and new friends at the Opening Reception. Yesterday marked an exciting start to ACHA 2025! Attendees dived into a variety of pre-conference workshops covering topics like strategic leadership in college well-being, opioid overdose prevention programs, and sexual health care strategies. Sessions also explored accreditation processes, mental health ethics, nutrition trends, and hands-on clinical skills. The ACHA Leaders’ Appreciation Lunch brought key leaders together, followed by numerous committee and coalition meetings—some held virtually—to drive progress across diverse areas of college health.
