Meet Jasmine, a dynamic force in our Volunteer Services and Community Partnerships team. Since joining Southern NH Health just four months ago, Jasmine has brought infectious energy and heart to her role as Community Partnerships Manager. She oversees a team of around 100 dedicated volunteers who support everything from the gift shop to the mailroom, as well as departments throughout the hospital. Jasmine’s work strengthens vital relationships both within our hospital walls and throughout the Nashua community. She empowers volunteers by connecting their talents with meaningful service opportunities and fosters a culture of purpose and impact. Through strategic partnerships, Jasmine also helps bridge patients, staff, and volunteers with community programs that are holistic, culturally relevant, and rooted in wellness. What drew Jasmine to Southern NH Health? The people and the strong community culture. What keeps her here? The unwavering dedication of the volunteers she leads. Outside of work, Jasmine finds joy in cooking and hosting, dancing salsa, writing poetry, and spending time with friends. She also frequently travels to Puerto Rico, where she visits family and curates culinary trips for others to experience the island’s flavors and culture. We’re lucky to have Jasmine on our team. As our official Chief Comfort Officer, Snuggle Monster has quickly snuggled into the hearts of patients, families, and staff alike, bringing cozy warmth and unwavering support to those facing cancer. In celebration of National Cancer Survivorship Day, Snuggle Monster is here with a big mission: help bridge barriers to cancer care. For every Warmie™ sold, $10 goes directly to the Legacy Trust, the philanthropic arm of Southern NH Health, helping provide vital resources for our cancer patients. Shop at the Auxiliary Gift Shop on the main floor of the medical center between June 2nd and 6th, where 20% of all purchases will be donated to the Legacy Trust. “As a microwavable Warmie™, I bring calm, cozy comfort to anyone that needs an extra hug,” Snuggle Monster says. And it’s true! Filled with lavender-scented relaxation and topped with a friendly monster face, this plush pal eases stress and anxiety for all ages. “I’m here to spread warmth, joy, and tangible support. Knowing that each hug I give also helps someone afford their treatment? That keeps me going every day,” says Snuggle Monster. Snuggle Monster gives a big high-five to friend Buckley, who helps raise funds for the PupPal program, bringing furry friends and comfort to patients through trained therapy dog visits.
