THE MISSION OF CHICAGO TRAIL VILLAGE IS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HUD HOUSING, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR OLDER ADULTS. WE STRIVE TO CELEBRATE THE LIVES OF SENIORS AND ADDRESS THE CHALLENGES OF AGING. WE WORK WITH THEM TO ENSURE THEY HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO LIVE LIFE OUT TO THE FULLEST.

Our continuing care communities are home to belly laughs with neighbors delicious chefcooked meals beautiful green gardens farmers markets cozy abodes and most of all really kind people. Each of the Greencroft affiliates was startedby individuals from various faith traditions who wanted to make a difference everyday in their community. They each answered a call from God to serve.
