In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, we want to take this time to call out the contributions and accomplishments of women world-wide. Whether it be politics and activism, science, technology, organizational leadership, sports, or the arts; the advocacy and achievements of women hold immense significance and power as we strive for equality. Black history is not only important in February; it is a critical part of our history as a nation. While February comes to an end, InVision is dedicated to honoring Black history in all that we do. This February and beyond, we ask our personnel, our friends, our loved ones, and others we have reached to continue engaging in conversations about Black history. To continue to honor, share, and learn from Black experiences; and to continue amplifying Black voices. With recent updates to our organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy and procedures, we are reaffirming our commitment to DEI initiatives.
