PECS is a K-8 charter school located in Englewood. Our purpose is to prepare our students for a successful high school career leading to enrollment in college. THE FOUNDATION IS OPERATED TO ACTIVELY SUPPORT PROVIDENCE ENGLEWOOD CHARTER SCHOOL AND/OR ITS STUDENTS, PRINCIPALLY THROUGH RAISING FUNDS TO FINACIALLY SUPPORT THE SCHOOL'S SPONSORSHIP OR STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN (I) ACADEMICS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BY PROVIDING ACADEMIC OR NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SECONDARY OR POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION OF STUDENTS CURRENTLY OR FORMERLY ENROLLED AT THE SCHOOL, (II) EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ACADEMIC ACTVITIES, THE ARTS, TECHNOLGY, COMMUNICATIONS, SPORTS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE, AND (III) ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT THE SCHOOL SEEKS TO SPONSOR AND/OR THAT ARE SPONSORED BY AFFILIATES OF THE SCHOOL
