THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO UNITE IN COMMON ORGANIZATION THOSE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN WHOSE PRINCIPLE OCCUPATION IS THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION; TO INVESTIGATE, DEBATE, PROMOTE AND PUBLICIZE THOSE POLICIES WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE ORGANIZATION, SHALL BENEFIT THE INDUSTRY, THE ORGANIZATION AND IT'S MEMBERS; TO COOPERATE WITH ALL OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WITH COMMON PURPOSE AND GOALS; TO PROMOTE GREATER UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE AMONG IT'S MEMBERS; TO STRIVE TO SECURE THE HIGHEST STANDING OF ETHICAL AND MORAL PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT BY ITS MEMBERS AND THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY.
