We have focused on preventing noncommunicable diseases (NCD) through health education and lifestyle change in India, where the NCD burden is extremely high. Since 2010, Arogya World has educated more than 6 million people on healthy habits and lifestyle change, and aims to reach ten times that number in the next decade. Our mission is reflected in our name: “Arogya” in Sanskrit means to live a life without disease.
